helpful staff singing birds clean room
the staff was helpful, they assisted with directions. the courtyard was a haven, with birds singing gently (i loved watching them). i appreciated the cleanliness of the room, they changed towels daily.
the walk to the main square felt a bit long at times.

charming oasis
mint tea spacious room beautiful decoration
i found the staff cute. i was offered mint tea upon arrival. they helped carry my bags from the taxi to the hotel (it was really appreciated). the rooms were spacious and decorated beautifully.
the walk to the riad can only be done by foot (i suggest planning your route on maps beforehand). it is best to arrive by taxi at jemaa el-fnaa.

helpful staff fine hotel secure location bad sewage primary school poor attitude
the staff was helpful! they met every need i had. the hotel was fine, very safe and secure. its location was in the heart of the souks, the authentic experience I wanted.
the washroom smelled of bad sewage! i started puking everytime i went in the shower. it was not tolerable, i couldn't shower properly. the night shift guy treated us like we were in primary school and i didn't like his attitude.
